The Vermont Online Library (VOL) offers a wide array of electronic information databases on a variety of topics geared to a variety of age levels, for both generalists and specialists.  The information is produced by known and trusted publishers and licensed by the State of Vermont from the Gale Group and H.W. What is Universal Class? Recorded Books’ Universal Class is an educational service providing over 500 high quality online courses for patrons (generally high-school age and older) interested in the lifelong pursuit of knowledge for either personal or professional reasons. This resource is provided by the VT Dept. of Libraries and the Institute of Museum and Library Services. Contact our Library for info on how to access this resource.
