The Library is accepting applications for a custodian to work 2 hours per week. The hours are flexible. Call or stop by to fill out an application. The Library is also seeking to hire a Library Assistant. If you are friendly, detail oriented, possess strong computer skills, and enjoy working with all ages of the public, this could be the right place for you. This position is for 6-10 hours per week with some Saturdays (9:00-1:00) required. This position assists with the day to day operations, as well as special programs, and community outreach. We are upgrading our system with Overdrive and the Green Mountain Library Consortium in early May. Patrons that use this service for free digital ebooks and audiobooks will need to contact the Library in order to continue as a password will now be required.

The Library has purchased a family pass to the Fairbanks Museum & Planetarium in St. Johnsbury VT. This grants free admission to the museum, planetarium and special exhibits. Stop by to borrow it soon. We’ve also added nearly 150 new items to our collection including more movies since our last newsletter. Here is just a sampling.
