Lots of fun is in store at the Townshend Public Library this summer. The theme for our summer reading program is A Universe of Stories, and we have lots of fun things planned. Local experts will share their knowledge of rocketry and telescopes, and we will have a special Friday night program on July 26, with live animals from Southern VT Natural History Museum. We have plenty of stories, contests and crafts planned too. Can you build a Lunar Lander? We’ll see on June 19! All ages are welcome and events are free; no registration is required. It is so important to keep children reading and engaged over the summer. Townshend Library is doing its part to make that happen!
